Do I have to rent for a certain period of time?

Your first payment covers 4 weeks of storage from that point on you are free to take advantage of our pro rating option or continue at 4 week intervals.

I am a sales rep and need to have deliveries placed in my unit as well as mail. Do you accept packages for tenants?

Absolutely! Just sign a simple form giving us permission to place packages and mail in your unit, and we will have the delivery person drop the packages directly into your unit for no extra charge!

What kind of packing supplies do you sell?

Self Storage Plus sells a wide variety of packaging materials from boxes, tape and bubble wrap to dust covers, bungee cords and tarps. For a full list of what we offer visit our packing supplies page. We also offer discounted package deals.

I need to get some boxes for my move. What kind of boxes do you offer?

We offer a wide range of boxes and moving supplies to ensure for efficient and organized moves, please contact or better yet visit our location nearest you.

I get off work late and will need to access my unit at odd times. Do you offer 24 hour access?

All our stores offer extended access hours which may be just what you need. Please contact the store nearest you to find out the hours of access.

What are your office hours?

Most of our facilities have office hours from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. However, this may vary. Check out the "Store Locator" web page to find out specific details of how to contact your location for office hours.

Do you have boat and RV parking?

YES! Most of our facilities offer outside parking. Call or email the site for specific pricing and availability.

Who has access to the gate and to my unit?

Current tenants ONLY in good standing have access to the gate. We also allow each tenant to specify authorized users so that they can have family and friends help with their move. Your unit uses your own lock and key so you control the access.
